Britney spears is pregnant again.

Britney Spears has been all over the tabloids and entertainment magazines recently, mot because of her career as a pop artist, bur rather because of her motherly mishap. The soon to be mother of two has been caught multiple times in the press demonstrating bad child care and parenting techniques. Her most recent parenting mishap happened just this past weekend when
son Sean Preston nearly slipped out of her arms while she was carrying him around in front of a Hollywood Store. Just a few weeks ago, she was visited by child care officials in her Malibu, California home. Although nothing may have transpired from the incident, it is believed to be related to a report that Sean Preston had fractured his skull at home. It was shown that Sean Preston was able to slip out of his high chair and hurt fractured his skull when he hit the floor, although he was fine and suffered no major injuries due to the incident. However, Britney Spears has been most infamous for her lack of child
safety when in the car. Just about a month ago, she was photographed multiple times holding Sean Preston in her arms as she fled a mob of paparazzi in her Land Rover Range Rover. She claimed that she was just trying to protect her son and herself from the paparazzi but drew much criticism to herself as fleeing the scene with a baby in your arms while you are driving is very dangerous. Spears was also in the news recently for having the car seat facing the wrong way when driving which is also very dangerous. Regulations state that all children under the age of two should be seated in a car seat facing backwards
while riding in a car. (All young children over the age of two can ride in a car seat facing forward as long as they are not sitting in the passenger seat.) These are just a few of her many mishaps as a newparent.

Recently, Britney confirmed suspicions that she would be having another baby by announcing that she was pregnant when she had a guest role on Dave Letterman, a Late Night show that airs in the United States. It had been speculated for a few months that her and husband, Kevin Federline, a backup dancer and now rapper, would be having a second child. Federline has
not been in the news recently for parenting issues, but rather because of criticism of his rap album which is set to release later this year. All, we can do is to wait and see if Britney can learn from her mistakes and not make the same mistakes the second time around. These last few months have been a flurry with new Hollywood offspring as Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and Keven Federline and Britney Spars among others have been in the news recently due to thir offspring.

After fighting so many odds at personal and professional front, Britney Spears was seen treating herself to a Starbucks coffee in Beverly Hills on Tuesday afternoon. Along with her female friends she was seen toying with her shoulder strap as she passed by paparazzi following her. On the professional front it looked like as may be getting her nerves looses a day before performing at the Staples Center. From here she is scheduled to fly for San Diego and Las Vegas for shows.

Britney's Song Gets Banned!

As Britney fans, we all know that Britney has always been extremely controversial. From her early days in a schoolgirl outfit to her breakdown and public head shaving, Britney has never been afraid to push the envelope in her professional or personal life. However, while a lot of people judge her for this attitude, I (and I'm sure many other Britney fans) love her for this exact reason. It's so refreshing to see someone who isn't afraid to do what they want (even when they are going to be judged by the entire world).

Although her personal life seems fairly stable at the moment, Britney is definitely stirring up some controversy in her professional world. Britney was planning to release a third single from her album, but it turns out that the song has been banned from the radios. The song, which is titled If You Seek Amy, was banned because of that phrase. Although it may seem harmless, when Britney sings If You Seek Amy quickly during the song, it actually sounds like "F-*-*-k Me."

According to her representatives, Britney is going to re-record the song, and then it will be released for play on the radio.

It's Official: Britney is Back!

After hitting the lowest point in her life possible, Britney has finally cleaned up her act and is charging forward in order to get her career back on track. It's hard to believe how much Britney has been through over the past two years. Back in November 2006, Britney filed for divorce from Kevin Federline. Several months later, she showed up at a hair salon in California and performed her notorious hair shaving with a pair of electric clippers. Although it seemed like things couldn't get any worse at that point, Britney and her career continued to go downhill. Not only did she manage to lose custody of her children as a result of her out of control behavior, but her attempt at a comeback during the 2007 VMAs turned into a disaster. In addition to looking very out of shape on stage, she also failed to show any energy or passion about her music during the performance.

However, fast forward exactly one year later, and Britney is back on top! Although she didn't perform during this year's VMAs, Britney was definitely the queen of this year's event. In addition to looking absolutely amazing, Britney went home with three different VMAs, including Best Pop Video, Best Female Video and the coveted Video of the Year!

Britney's fall to bottom and rise back to the top truly shows that no matter how bad life gets, if you work hard and pursue what you love, it's never too late to be number one again!

Paparazzi Arrested Near Britney Spears' Home

Celebrities and the public have a love/hate relationship with the paparazzi. For celebrities, exposure through the paparazzi can help re-energize their career or take them from the Celebrity B-List to the A-List. On the other hand, the paparazzi can be relentless, and they can cause a lot of stress for the celebrities they endlessly follow. For the public, while we love seeing what our favorite celebrities are doing, there are situations where we feel the paparazzi are crossing the line (even though we still look at the pictures and videos they capture from those situations).

However, it looks like the Los Angeles police are tired of the paparazzi constantly swarming Britney Spears and other celebrities. On Monday, two paparazzi were arrested while staking out Britney Spears home. Police had actually been called to the same location near Spears' home just two weeks earlier.

Although she has yet to comment, Spears has to be relieved about the crackdown on paparazzi due to the non-stop pressure they have put on her for the last year. Back in February, four paparazzi were arrested for reckless driving after they had aggressively pursued Britney through the San Fernando Valley.

Britney Spears to host Scandinavian Style Mansion

Finally, after the absurd behavior of previous year it seems that Britney is getting her self tuned for real business in right direction. According to certain reports Britney had singed to host The Scandinavian Style Mansion at an undisclosed place at Beverely Hills this February.

Claus Hjelmbak, the organizer of the event is quite happy for signing the event he told media, “I am beyond excited because the experience she gave everyone in December was amazing. She absolutely made my event.”

Earlier this week Britney was seen with Mr. Hjelmbak at 2 a.m shopping at Kitson. Mr Hjelmbak commented in favor of Britney, “I know people will say it’s weird she was shopping at 2 a.m., but [Kitson] said you guys can always come when you want. I just called the owner and said can we come over and they said ‘sure.’”

He even went on to protected Britney against claims of being affected with multiple personality disorder, “I have only seen one person and that’s the Britney I first met and seen every time. She’s a very sweet person.”

The famous Sugababes star Keisha Buchanan has made an astonishing claim. Keisha has stated that Spears’ management team is ‘exploiting’ the troubled singer. The Round Round hitmaker insists Spears is unfit to be promoting her comeback album Blackout and singles out the star’s performance in the video for the single Gimme More for criticism.

According to Buchanan Spears’ label bosses are to blame for the star’s soulless appearance in the footage and making her put her health and well being at stake for the promotion of her career. She says that “Whoever put Britney in that video should be ashamed. The way she looks at the cameras petrifies me. She’s got dead eyes. She shouldn’t be there.”

The estranged couple of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline met again in the court for the latest hearing on the custody battle over their two children on Friday (26 Oct 07). Spears and Federline arrived at the Los Angeles Superior early on Friday afternoon where they were welcomed by a host of media persons. Both the celebrities presented testimony inside the closed hearing. But when the duo came out, the pop diva who had lost the custody of the kids seemed little upset whereas Federline looked quite happy.

As of now, the judge is considering the matter and has issued no ruling. It is heard that a written ruling will come next week.

Spears defamed?

Apart from troubles, Britney Spears is picking up foes for herself. Recently a bunch of the troubled diva’s ex-employers joined hands to defame her and render her latest album a flop. A bodyguard, a dancer and a make-up artist who once worked for the Toxic singer, have created the Be Proactive To Help website which encourages fans to boycott Spears’ upcoming Blackout album till the time the pop diva changes her wild ways.

A spokesperson for the site says that “Our message is simple- don’t buy her stuff until she’s better”. The website is also offering ways to get in touch i.e. send a message to the Gimme More singer.

Britney runs it over paparazzi

Perhaps Britney Spears has the habit of inviting troubles. Last night she ran over her car on a paparazzo’s foot while leaving a parking garage. The “Gimme More” singer was trying to pull out of Beverly Hills parking structure when she was surrounded by the paparazzi. In haste Britney ran over her vehicle over a photographer and he fell on the ground immediately.

The injured man who wore a camouflage coat screamed in pain. There were several witnesses and documentations to this incident because of a company of still and video cameras.

After hitting the photographer, the troubled pop diva was seen raising her hand to her mouth in shock and crying while driving away from the place of accident. And the worst part is that she did not stop to take care of the photographer’s condition but no one has filed a complaint as yet.

Britney wants to settle it

The troubled pop diva is up with a new problem now. Last night Britney ran over her car over the foot of a photog while leaving a parking garage. The man fell on the floor and cried in pain but Britney did not bother to stop and take care of him, rather she pushed off crying with a hand on her mouth.

However, reports are the Britney wants to settle down her parking offence case. Her lawyer has said a financial settlement has almost been reached with the aggrieved party i.e. the owner of the car which Britney had an accident with being offered $1000 as compensation.

The “Toxic” singer was fingerprinted and booked at a Los Angeles police station to confirm her accident with Kim Robard-Rifkin’s stationary car. Britney is facing two misdemeanor charges of hit and run causing the property damage and driving without a valid license. Spears attorney Michael Flanagan has signaled that the hit and run case is likely to be dropped when the owner of the car gets the compensation.

Michael also told the People magazine that the star charge on Britney could also be downgraded to a traffic infraction as the pop diva now possesses a valid permit to drive in California.

Meanwhile the court has ordered Britney to not to meet her two sons until she compiles with court orders to undergo regular drug treatment and parenting classes.

Spears not favored by court

Britney Spears is not having much luck with the court proceedings. Reports are that Spears has lost the right to visit her children after the Los Angeles County Commissioner Scott Gordon had an emergency meeting with Kevin Federline’s lawyer Marc Vincent Kaplan on Wednesday (18 Oct 07). Gordon had earlier ordered Britney to undergo random drug tests. But his decision over cancelation of the visiting rights came after Britney couldn’t provide the court with her contact information.

According to friends, Britney is both stunned and upset because of this ruling. A source tells the E! Online that “She’s really upset. She keeps saying, “I can’t believe this is happening. It’s like she just can’t accept what’s happened.”

However, Federline’s lawyer is of the opinion that Britney will regain her visitation rights by the end of this month (October 07). He says “She has compiled with the part of the order (causing the suspension). I expect that visitation will be reinstated.”

Was it another publicity stunt by the troubled Britney? Or something else was cooking in her mind? Don’t know. Well Britney Spears uncensored promotional video for her comeback single Gimme More has been removed from the YouTube, according to reports. The raunchy video showed Britney dressed in a stripper’s outfit and pretending to be a pole dancer. However, the promotional trick was pulled out from the site last Friday (05 Oct 07) over claims of copyright infringement from record company SonyBMG, of which Spears’ label Jive is a subsidiary. But the official direction of Jake Sarfaty will probably be aired on MTV this week (ends 12 Oct 07) which is a much less debated video accompaniment than the footage leaked onto the internet.

The 25 year old troubled pop diva Britney Spears has been accused of threatening to kill two celebrity photographers and throwing a baby bottle at them. So Britney who is already gripped in lot of controversies has one more feather to her name.

It is said that last week Brits had a scuffle with two men named Andrew Deetz and Kyle Henderson as they endeavored to take pictures of her while she was leaving the Wynn Las Vegas resort. Brits who was with her two sons Sean and Jayden at that time shouted on those men “I am going to kill you!” It is also said that Brits bodyguard Cesar Julio Camera grabbed Deetz punched, kicked and also grabbed Deetz from behind. Britney then ran towards Kyle but was detained from reaching to him for security reasons.

Brits is alleged to have advised Deetz to get a restraining order against her because he would kill him or hire someone that could. It is also heard that the two bodyguards are planning to sue over the incident. The Associated Press news agency reveals that if the Brits’ bodyguard Camera is convicted, he will be sentenced to 6 months in jail and forced to pay a fine of $1000.

The troubled pop diva Britney Spears has said good bye to the memories of her married life with the rapper Kevin Federline by selling the Malibu, California house in which the couple had stayed together before their estrangement.

Britney has sold the huge seven-bedroom property to an anonymous buyer for $12 million. She had put the house for sale last year in November (06) for $13.5 million. But now she sold it at a reduced price probably because she just wanted to do away with all the remembrances as soon as possible.

Maureen, the mother of Shannon, the former personal assistant named of Britney Spears has replied back to the reports that her daughter wants to get rich from her brief stint as the pop superstar’s sidekick.

Maureen insists that her daughter is not such a girl and has no plans to reveal all about Spear’s personal life despite of the reports that Shannon has signed a $500,000 deal to write a book about her time as a top PA. Maureen tells the Life + Style magazine that "My daughter is a terrific person and she has been hounded by the media since news that she had left Britney broke. "Contrary to what people may think, this situation is not about money, as Shannon is not that type of person."

The troubled pop diva is heard of dating her drug counselor, John Sundahl. According to National Enquirer, Britney Spears relationship with her drug counselor is more than just professional.

Britney went to meet John at his residence after his name was recommended to her as a therapist by some person at the Promises Treatment Center. But a source close to Britney as well as John told the magazine that they did not stick to the doctor and patient relationship for long.

The source said “Britney and John ended up making out beside the pool — and Britney acted like she didn’t care who saw her. She’s got no shame.”

However things are now fine between Brits and her family. The Splash News made the video of this secret meeting. It is said that Britney came first in her black Mercedes escorted by her bodyguards and her mother hiding at the back of the car came 20 minutes later. All of them left together in good spirits after nearly 1 hour.

Britney Spears procures a Court Order against ‘John Doe’

Recently the newly went bald lady, Britney Spears has won an injunction against a mystery man who according to her lawyers did the mischief of leaking information about her time in rehab to the British Press.

According to a statement passed from the media law firm Schillings, an exigency injunction was passed for Britney on Thursday afternoon in London’s High Court.

The order states that "to restrain the person or persons, known as 'John Doe,' who has/have been leaking information about Ms Spears's time in a rehabilitation clinic from further disclosures invading her privacy."

The injunction will be passed on to the British press "to assist them in not making the mistake of carrying such further disclosures if approached by this person or his/her agent."

Further, it is also heard that Spears plans to challenge the false allegations made for her that regarding her time in the rehab that are already published in the newspaper. The well-known diva seeks a legal order to force “certain U.K. media organizations” to make public the identity of their sources so that “action can be taken against him/her”.

A publisher compelled to take nude pictures of Britney

A magazine publisher has covered part of a nude picture of the pop sensation Britney Spears in a magazine advertisement to be placed at a Tokyo subway station following an order from the subway operator. Spears is lately in news because of her second pregnancy.

HB Japan, Inc., the publisher of Harper's Bazaar edition is perplexed by the order placed by the Tokyo Metro Co., the operator of a large Tokyo subway network.

An HB official said that "the photo expresses her happiness at being pregnant. Covering part of the photo has made its concept unclear.

However according to the Tokyo metro officials the advertisement carrying the nude pictures of Spears violate their in-house guidelines for advertisements, which states that advertisements must be in view of the protection of the youth. Therefore after the advice of the subway operator, the lower part of her body is hidden. The cover of the magazine bears the note that "we apologize for covering part of the image of a beautiful future mother. In this place, we can't show the same image, so we made the change."
